Real fans understand what Griffey means to the game. Yankee fans gave him an ovation after a home run. Now that is special.

Back in 1995 Ken Griffey was the reason why I even picked up a basebat.......during my little league years, when most guys hated to play the outfield, Griffey made me proud to be play the center field during my little league and high school years.

Mariners should be good next year with the off season moves made. It would be nice to send Griffey off into the sunset and a fitting end to the career of the greatest baseball player ever.

Griffey is the best there ever will be, flat out. Oh so many over the shoulder, basket, leaping catches this guy made. Not to mention the home run derby's where he flashed the kid smile with the hat backwards. It was almost a surreal time in baseball.

im honord i was able to see him play live 4 or 5 times. my absolute favorite player of all time. style skill flash class, he had it ALL. not to mention he didnt cheat.
this guy is bigger than legend status.
