Mulberry Child will be shown at the Beverly Arts Center in Chicago at 7:30 P.m. on Sept. 17. Jian Ping and Lisa Xia will do Q & A after the screening.

Mulberry Child will be shown at the Quad Cinema at 3:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. daily from September 7 to 13, 2012. Jian Ping and her daughter, Lisa Xia, will be there to do Q & A for most of the screenings.

A very touching film! Its a Chinese story and an American story; its amazing to see how much people in China went through during the darkest days of the Cultural Revolution; how they perservered and survived despite hardship I could hardly comprehend.
