  • @jyozeff , I grew up in Bulgaria. A traditional Bulgarian house has a bid garden with at least 20 types of fruits growing, lots of flowers, very beautiful and wholesome. That's my childhood. Fruits that are juicy, sweet, not like cardboard you buy at the market in Canada. Our table was always filled with delicacies and healthy foods. Sorry you din't have that and can't understand.

  • @MirageScience sugar was created in the Middle East during the Middle Ages, so it's kind of traditional already. It's also natural, unlike those sweeteners that are now becoming cheaper. The problem is the quantities :) This food doesn't look very traditional to me.

  • @jyozeff Because you've never tried Bulgarian cuisine. The music is also Bulgarian - Pancho Vladigerov

  • this is awesome

  • @jyozeff I hope you mean traditional music. if not, I'm the opposite. I grew up with the food so I love it.

  • @Tihbialdunav abundance and high quality....right. Bulgaria is of course the place to look at if you want those two things. No offense to Bulgarian food, though.

  • @jyozeff , because you haven't tried it. Bulgarian tomato is the best. Juicy, plum and sweet. We are a land of abundance and high quality.
