S. Brian Bailey. My Guitar Hero.

This is my guitar teacher. I met him 20 years ago as a drummer - and started taking guitar lessons from him. He was a young teacher at the time, and it was cool taking lessons with such a cool dude. It ended up we were in a few bands together, so I stuck with the drums after all mostly.

Then we lost touch.

A few months ago I found the dude, (almost tricking him into thinking I Was someone else) and started taking lessons again.

Holy shit, Brian Bailey! lol He was my bass teacher. Haven't though of him in years until like a week ago I was flying down the highway with all the windows down and LOUD music blasting and I was singing at the top of my lungs and chair dancing like nutz and he just popped into my brain...how he used to do the same thing. Tell him I said hi, k?

@s1ygirl - Of course! Email me your first name, or something and when you knew him. I was in his first band when he came here to boston. I took guitar lessons.. but was the drummer. I take lessons from him now for guitar/bass in Malden Ma.. small world!

I used to take lessons from brian, and he is awesome. I dont anymore but he was just a great guy, and listened and believed in me.
