Well arnt you all about doom, gloom and cynicism. Please state your references because otherwise youre just passing off opinion as fact. You dont know what our ancesters would think, for them to be able to make an opinion they would have to have a grasp of the context. Yes a lot of Paganism is about sex, the majority of modern pagans were ex christians or who live in a wishy-washy christian state, its a rebellious movement.

Agree there but I made a clear disntinction about the neolithic rituals and the ones that came later, I did state the difference. The festivals that are still practiced today came from a time when we were settled and that is what this festival in the vid stems from.

True but I honor my ancestors everyday I always feel they are with me so I always talk to them everyday they are here watching over my family and sharing our happiness and our sadness......I know Celtic paganism I am from Scotland so I am surrounded by it even in a Christian country pictish stones just round the corner from me it is everywhere and I study paganism reading or watching documentaries lol......my son was born near imbolc.....peace

celebrations and rituals they did have rituals but not as frequent as people think woman had roles and men woman look after children men went hunting men didn't stay home or in the shelter to watch the kiddies and woman didn't go hardcore hunting rather they gathered food and kept the community clean their was 1 priest/shaman for the whole community....and people seem to forget if our ancestors hadn't endured the hardships they had we would never be here all neo pagan festivals are about sex
