Eh, crap like Green Day is super simplistic and can be learned by some people very quickly. But I have showed people how to play simple songs like that on the guitar before and they were able to play them BUT they didn't in fact KNOW how to play guitar. If I would have asked them to demonstrate an arpeggio then they wouldn't know what the fuck to do. But I could give them a plastic guitar and they could catch on much quicker because it's just matching colors at the right time lol.

I agree. There's no way to play arpeggios and pinch harmonics on the plastic guitar. Knowing a song on a real guitar takes more skill since it's more than just pressing colored buttons at the right time. I highly doubt Swag memorized how to play the song on the plastic guitar lol. And even if he did he would look pretty fucking retarded standing there pressing the buttons with nothing but the sound of button pressing lol.

Other than that, it was cool seeing you play both. I enjoyed the video. But instead of telling your subscribers to get off their high horse you might want to take more things into consideration lol. I'm would be awesome to see you play some Pantera songs with solos. I personally gave up guitar years ago otherwise I would try to jump into this too. Stay metal Swag!

8/10? Come on man! Think about some guitarists and compare yourself to them. Steve Vai is a 10. Are you saying you're almost as good as Steve Vai? And really, there is no comparison between a real guitar and a plastic one. You disagree? Well, try doing an arpeggio on the plastic one. Or even try doing some pinch harmonics. You clearly can't do those things on the plastic guitar. All you can do on the plastic guitar is press the buttons at the right time lol.

I like the way you tryed to compare the two in a scientific manner. My friends ask my the same thing sometimes that if you play guitar does it make you good at ghero, but honastly the two are very different, being good at one doesn't make you good at the other, they are hard to compare.

More like this... now!
I can't stand the censored version of this

@Muscledeth2201 Oh it's awful, I may actually sing vocals in the future so I can put the right words back in there.

I get what your doing here, but you just cannot compare the both. I'm a guitar player myself, and it just takes years and years of practice to learn real guitar. And guitar hero is something you can learn in months/weeks or even days. And then we're still leaving out the biggest difference, musicality(!)... You either have it or you don't. And for real instruments that makes all the difference. On guitar hero you don't need it. Sure it's easier if u got rhythm, but not required.

@slaQ83 I CAN compare them both and I just DID. Let's be completely honest here, after about 3 months of guitar lessons, most people can play most of the songs that are played on the radio seeing as most of it is power-chords. Conversely, if you've never played GH or RB before, it would also take you months of practice before you could play this song 100% on expert. Both of these take a lot of time to get good at, so get off your high horse.

so your going to upload about 400-1500 videos of stuff like this?

@pirakalord55 Oh there will definitely be more episodes but as far as how many goes, that all depends on how much time I have to make them. This video took a couple weeks to put together but I had a lot of fun doing it. As long as I keep getting inspired by good songs I'm sure there will be plenty to come.
