I just watched 8 videos on how to use a Moka, as I want to teach a friend how to use one, and I think yours is the best. Pretty much exactly how I use my moka, and I love the taste of my espresso (which I use for awesome cappuccinos using a Bialetti Milk Frother.

Thank you. I was going to buy a Bialetti maker with the frothing button in it the other day, but I am not able to drop $90 right now for as my Wife would say "another coffee maker".

next time don't turn up the heat quite so much.. it should just be bubbling slightly out of the top.

I need to redo it with a better quality pot, I have since thrown that aluminum thing away.

This is wrong. You should fill the pot with water slightly below the steam valve. You are ruining the taste. Ordinarily steam should NOT be coming out of the valve. This is messy and yucky coffee-making: including when putting the coffee in the pot and on the stove. Please remove this video because you are giving wrong instructions to people. Thanks. Please stick to Folgers and your Mr. Coffee because this is no good.

I admit I messed up a little on this one, as it was late in the evening and I was videoing while making it, but I have served coffee to people from this method many, many times with no complaints.
Anyone who makes this and other specialty coffees k should know there is no exact method and every pot will be a little different than the rest unless you are using a super-automatic machine. That is part of the joy of joy and excitement behind the coffee we drink.
