You are right, the federal government has put Hispanics in with Whites, and have classified them as Whites to raise the White "hate" crime stat.
When the Hispanic stats are removed the White "hate crime" stats dip well below the Blacks and Hispanics.

to any supporters of this man here's the question I propose: Where was all this outrage against the "SYSTEM" when bush started an unnecessary war. Or an insane tax hike on gas, or when Eisenhower single handedly dismantled the black panther movement, or how everyone in the U.S. knows osama bin laden is responsible for the 911 attacks yet if you go to ANY posting of this man he IS NOT charged for the crime! whoever's with this man is bigots. Oath Keepers have been going on for around 40 years in one form or another. it has had several names as it progressed. So before you play the race card check your facts!

My best friend is black. And he is just as conservative as I am. If Obama were to uphold the Constitution as he swore he would when he took the oath of office as the President, I'd have no problem with him. But he has perverted & subverted both his office and the Constitution. He should be tried for treason, period.
