  • Dear God, I would love to see Representative Ryan in a Presidential Debate with President Obama. This guy is so logical, so informed, he wipes the floor with anyone who argues against him.

  • If it is True, that the Goverment is of the people, for the people, by the people, the people we Elect....... Should have the Same, Health Care Plan, as yhe people, thay Represeant ? no more no less..

  • The one good thing about Ryan's budget proposal is that it will put a lot of right wingers out of thier jobs and homes. They'll have to move in with the kids who won't have jobs either. Many will die from lack of proper affardable health care. I'm all for that

  • @deficithawker what is funny, and quite idiotic (though selectively, not surprisingly) is how & when you CHOOSE to use the term "estimate(d)"

you CHOOSE to "estimate the cost" by ASSUMING it reduces revenue

then you CHOOSE not to use the word "estimated" when referring to "projected deficit"

then you CHOOSE to claim "The extension has a budgetary cost of 550 billion in 2011"

so you want to estimate the 'cost' of a tax cut, but you want to attribute a definitive "cost" in the end

    LOL@U

  • P: Ron Paul and VP: Paul Ryan 2012

  • paul ryan for president!

  • Hopefully Tom Wesley, who just won a spirited primary in Massachusetts 2nd U.S.

Congressional District will clean Richie Neal's clock on November 2nd, just like

    Congressman Ryan did here.

  • Rep Neal IGNORANTLY does what all ProgLibDems do everytime cutting, or in this case REPEALing a tax comes into question... Rep Neal says - "The cost of that (repealing AMT) is $1 trillion FEWER dollars in the Federal Treasury over the next decade"

    BULLSHIT

you CAN NOT calculate, EVER, the "cost" of a tax cut. the economy is not a static thing. the economy is DYNAMIC. it fluctuates, it grows, shrinks, etc. but claiming tax cuts COST money is IMPOSSIBLE

  • @camoody1 I could really see Ryan taking himself to the top for a presidential bid. But knowing how intelligent he is, I bet he's going to wait for a few more grey hairs to grow in first. Then he'll look the part, too.

  • Wow, I was a little taken back by how the CNBC girls were taking Paul Ryan's viewpoint. Don't get me wrong, I think that is AWESOME! For once a Democrat is under fire. Rightly so. Bush is no longer in office and they need to take him out of the argument.

  • If Richard Neal gets re-elected this November, he's going to be chairman of Ways and Means. Vote Tom Wesley (see wesleyforcongress channel) and get him out!
