you are very wrong about Ed. I was at the show, the girl wouldnt STOP !!! he finally gave her the attention she wanted, just not the way she wanted it. Ed has done more for womans rights than most woman have done.  your opinion on his music is just that, and you are entitled to it. but you should really know more about the man before you say something like that about him as a person. they have never been into the groupie thing, because its demeaning to women, thats why he did what he did.

Ed was bein a real jerk here.If someone's willin' to spend the money and take the time to go see a band they love and they wanna have fun and be sexual, it's rock and roll, be free.You shouldn't be treated like garbage by the singer and told to vote (as if there's anyone decent to vote for).I love Pearl Jam, been listenin' to 'em since they started and seen 'em three times. I still love 'em but this was lame and out of line.

Heh, looking back, Eddie did some stupid shit during the Riot Act tour, but I kinda give him a free pass considering why he'd be in such a shitty mood... not only was the USA entering war but Eddie's good friend Layne Staley died. You're forgiven, Eddie :P
