This cow responds to the owner's orders. He says 'sit' and she sits down. He says 'stand' and she stands up. In the video he says 'sarak' i.e. 'move', and the cow moves backwards one step. @dksadana exactly! The desi cows have some crazy wonderful properties in their milk, urine, ghee and dung. Obviously, they'll start losing all of them as the slaughter rate increses...
