In Florida the minimum wage for tipped employees is a generous $4.29 which I voted for and so our state servers get a almost 50% increase in ones wages thanks to my vote and others. So here is my point if you get below the state minimum wage of $7.31 in your wages and tips then you get the minimum wage which is fair for almost unskilled labor. And I will tip something 5-10% since its added to this generous wage in Florida.

@happy75216 Lol you might as well keep your little cheap ass 5 dollar. When you tip, you tip the percentage of the bill, not your little 5 bucks. A tip should be around 15%-20%. No wonder your drink is always empty, who wants to serve someone like you in the first place. BTW, telling the manager about the service can actually ruins a person's job because you didn't get your refills fast enough. I just never understand why black people act the way you do. Ignorant and arrogant. Pathetic.
