@MELLSBAD Douglas isn't a Nazi, that much is certain, he just uses the imagery. As for his political beliefs, it's hard to tell, really. We do know that he was involved in far-left politics in the days before DIJ, and that Tony Wakeford was thrown out of the band for being a National Front member, but Douglas has also said some things that point to him being not quite a Fascist, but close enough to one to make it hard to defend him. I just like the music, it's not like it's hate-rock.

I always liked DIJ's surreal sound. What is their deal politically? What are they trying to get across with the Wermacht imagery? I have heard conflicting stuff about them: Nazi, Commie making fun of Nazis... Just curious. Either way great music.
