Female solo-sailor, Rebecca, cruises in her Bayfield "Angel" with singlehanded cruiser, Neil and his engineless Cape Dory 25 "Astrid". Late 2009, strange weather was happening. Realistic situations cruising boater's face; in the case of sailboats- not enough wind or wind up the butt, and then the oft hectic pace of land. Here, we travel from the usual trips often taken from West Florida to Key West. (I have family there)

  • Neils boat no numbers or name on back of boat?

  • @yachtnick05 ???numbers- are you kidding me? The wind dies on us and you're wondering why Neil's number boards aren't flipped in position? (ps- does anybody any tips on a better material to use for registration number boards? Those plastic ones keep getting ruined by the sun.)

  • Glad enough wind finally came! Love the lifestyle, 4 more years and I will be out there with ya. Saving and finishing school! You resourcefulness is amazing! Hope to learn from your videos!

  • I love watching your videos and have subscribed to all of them. I am curious about your sailing partner, Neil and his Cape Dory 25(?) Astrid because I have one just like it. My boat is a hurricane damaged work in progress. I would like to take it cruising, but it has no amenities at all. I have been wondering how Neil's boat is set up? Want to take mine from Jacksonville South in January.Where will you go next and will you buddy boat with Neil? Looking forward to your response. Thanks Sonny

  • Can a CD25 make it safely to Colombia from Florida? I want a flicka but they cost too much. Thoughts anyone????

  • @AngelsTravels RE:number boards...I can make you some out of aluminum or stainless.

  • He's a sailor that's sailing for you the wind I mean. Numbers paint them on.
