Ed Hammond director of The Sunshine Project (www.sunshine-project.org) speaking at the forum Biotech Research & the Law before the Seattle Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild at the University of Washington Law School November 29, 2007.
There is a nanotech bio bug that has thousands totally incapacitated. To the naked eye, these aerosols simply look like dust. Under a microscope you find a whole other world. Human bodies are invaded by organisms 1/10 the size of a human hair that reproduce and destroy your body. Blood, bones, muscle, ligaments, etc. NASA, Batelle, and PNNL are at the forefront.
If we had a department of defense, why would we need homeland security? They mean the same thing. Obviously, we have a department of war, not defense.
round about 11 minutes in he says that this "bioresearch is defensive, i think he's probably just being nice but i totally wouldnt put it past the US government to use this stuff offensively (particularly the nonlethal stuff to put down unrest). i'm with naomi klein, i see little evidence these people have good intentions, unfortunately.
i admire the guy's work though and yes, thanks for posting.
