Not familiar with this so had to learn it by listening to the recording by Martin Nievera. It is a nice haunting & reflective music.
This is played on the Roland Digital piano with layered strings.

@jsarahina The title of this song is - I'LL NEVER SAY GOODBYE. just because you have an mp3 titled differently doesn't mean anything.. why don't you just google the title.. it might enlighten you.. then again it might not
