It's a major problem here is Madison that vehicles do not stop for pedestrians in crosswalks. It is ALSO a major problem here is Madison when pedestrians enter these crosswalks WHILE vehicles are less that 100 feet away. When pedestrians can learn how to properly cross at an intersection, then we will have less things to worry about.
