Whether an animal is used for food or clothing is of no importance to the animal being slaughtered or skinned alive, so who cares what happens to it after it dies. I care about it what happens to it while it is alive. You don't seem to understand this. This is not about you. It is about the animal. Animals suffer, just like you. Why do you want to inflict that on other beings?
