Spyderco Navaja - Incredibly Flawed

This is my review of the Spyderco Navaja. It's a beautiful knife, but virtually every aspect of the design has a significant flaw.

@tylenator552 In all too many sections of the knife community dissenting opinions are viewed as heresy. I dared to suggests that a particular knife by Spyderco was not a very practical design so honor demands that I be crushed like a Tiananmen Square protester.

Also a fair number of the people doing this are probably like mcarty3611 above, who seems to be having trouble understanding what I actually said, and is eager to defend a knife I venture to guess he has not actually used.

To be honest, that knife isn't positioned as an ultra-ergonomic workhorse. it's not an endura nor it is not military. it's just a high quality collectible from spyderco that can also cut reasonably. while I agree with you that it's not very practical, I don't think it should be considered flawed because of that...

@ericambrosecoon That would be tough to do considering it's several states away at this point. Also, my life may be relatively pointless, but spending time making Youtube videos is still a step up from spending time leaving rude nonsense comments.
