This is a universal story about the death of innocence, and the birth of an evil that takes hold and grows in the land. An evil that brings violence with loss. In the spirit of the mountain overcomes the evil. This mountain is our home, our hope, which holds the love that's stronger than blood. When you can't escape the demons of your past, courage is the only path to redemption. All filmed in Harlan, KY.
