That's old dead blood that leaks out of
a body after the skin deteriorates so it
won't hold it anymore. Also at the moment
of death the sphincters in the anus &
bladder let go and everything comes out.

i mean.. if you had to clean up body juices day after day, you probably sound like this guy. it's not them being disrespectful, it's them coping with the disgustingness of their jobs. the fact that these people clean up after dead bodies is something you should be thankful for..
