It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to put a tooth pick into the middle of each piece of bone for stability.

Good effect all th way around. The only part I didn't like was when you added the fake blood to the cotton wool. Made it lose it's realistic look. You should try soaking the cotton wool in something BEFORE adding the latex so that it doesnt look artificial. Great step by step though.
