How To:Windows 7 Start Menu In Windows 8

Want to make the Windows 8 start menu look like it does in Windows 7?

Steps:

1) Launch the registry editor (win+r - regedit -enter)

2)Find: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

3)Double-click on RPEnabled

4)Change the value from 1 to (zero)

Tap enter or click OK

@SuperMario32game No the Metro interface is only availbe on Windows 8 at this time.

i hav applied to my viewsonic 10pro tablet...its gr8...

but when i tap on my screen start menu...it work...but now i cant get my metro screen...

i click once or duble ...cant get metro screen...

@sahidibn You would need to change the 0 back to a 1, I will look, but I think you can only have one or the other

Just tried it and it works PERFECT :D Omg im so happy :D It tricks the Ribbon menu also so the old menu bar is back :D I only hope that MS will not patch that trick :(
