"Pete Ham", "Tom Evans" - Well done short documentary on Iveys and Badfinger.... Rare footage I haven't seen plus not-often heard songs... a bit naff on the narration.

Makes one pine further for a definitive one some day.

No Matter What, Day After Day, Baby Blue, Without You

  • IT MAKES YOU SICK ITS GREAT MUSICIANS AGAINST VIPERS AND GUESS WHO WINS AS THEY ALWAYS DO .

BADFINGER WERE BRILLIANT AND THE VIPERS AND THEY MUST KNOW WHO THEY ARE HAVE 2 SUICIDES ON THERE SHOULDERS

  • so many b-st-rds...what a damn shame...wish the beatles had come to the rescue..

  • so many bastards...just like today really...gutted...still after all this time its a painful thing...pity the beatles didnt come to the rescue.

  • The story of badfinger in a nutshell is this... brilliant songwriting-talented musicians and scheming-backstabbing management. period

  • I would love to see the full video of Matted Spam!!

  • nillson heard the song without you at a party he couldnt get it out of his head he called his friend and said what was that song I cant.. the beatles? he thought it was the beatles

  • @GraceBarrett, probably wouldn't have mattered if Harrison had known, Polley was selling Badfinger to the highest bidder by that time. Would Dark Horse have matched WB's 3 million? It's doubtful.

  • Interesting that George Harrison had no idea Badfinger had signed to Warner Brothers from Apple. I'll bet he would have liked to sign them to his upcoming label Dark Horse Records. Obviously, Apple Records was dying by then. But George's label failed with Splinter and Jiva. Why havn't their records been reissued? Splinter were awesome songwriters.
