@DrummerBoi181 I just did too. and I wasn't on the Lav. but now I intend to go and have a big old shit and film myself doing it so I can post it as a video response to this. the first "Splash!!" as my turd hits the water will be more musical than this tripe.

Did I really just waste nearly three minutes of my life watching this garbage? Good thing I was on the pot.

While very impressive as a physical feat, the sound of this solo is very much like that of a low-revving engine. When I listen to guys like Mangini and Portnoy and their ilk, I get bored after awhile with all the fast pounding. I prefer someone like Dave Weckl, whose style is up to par with his physical abilities. There's subtlety as well as speed and power, and there's a musical quaility missing from these compettitve speed drummers.

@beatfreak1983 Of course one drummer can be better than another. If not, there would be no such thing as improvement. Think about it. If you improve, you get better than you were, right? So there is such a thing as "better than." People are reluctant to admit it because they think its offensive, or en vogue to say it isn't a competition, but competition is half of it, if not more. We inspire one another by raising the competitive bar. So get over it. Some drummers are better. Like Mike.
