Yes, they dream. But they dream with other senses, like the smell. Everybody (without mental problems) dreams!

-Shhhhhhh Not so loud! - said the deaf to the mute.

@dmmclendon They can't see so do they dream blackness? Because thats the only thing they can see.

what songs do mutes sing?

blind people do dream but it depends on how long theyve been blind so if your blind from birth you would just have auditory dreams but if you were born with sight you have dreams with sight and colours and stuff !

i THINK no matter if your blind you can still dream i mean dreaming is all in your head, being blind just means that you can't see so i'm pretty sure they can dream just not see!

@wowautumn1000 Its like a complete different language. Its called "Sign Language"

the rapid eye movements (REMs) that signify that a dream is in progress do not occur, or occur very weakly, for those born blind or blinded before five.
The people after five do not see in their dreams their dreams are just as rich in narrative and detail as in sighted people. If one's sight is lost after the age of seven, dreams will still brim with visual imagery. A grey area exists between five and seven years.
... My question is, what language do deaf people think in? O_o
