Wow, great Idea. I hope you don't mind but this inspired me to do a Street Fighter Salsa Choreography for a teens anime show. However we do Cuban Salsa, and I replaced Ryu with Ken so we did something different.

Wow, thats was actually more entertaining and faithfull to the games than both of the live action streetfighter movies.
