Correct version at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2SxCVHMjlQ. Etude (C Gurlitt) from Alfred's Group Piano for Adults Book 1 Second Edition. This book was recommended to me and helps the student to learn the basics of piano playing. It is difficult to obtain in the UK and so was purchased from Amazon in the USA. I'll be uploading the solo repertoires from this book. Ideally it is meant to be used under supervision of a piano teacher as I feel it has a steep learning curve for absolute beginners. You can listen to the midi files on CD that accompany this book to help you with how the examples should be played.

  • Am I missing something? The fourth and fifth measures are supposed to be the same...seems like you skipped a measure. The sixth and seventh are also the same since the only difference is going from a B# to a C, which is the same pitch.

  • @darktangent10 Yes. you're right. First note in each hand changes to an E in fouth measure. I'll repost. Aaaarrrrgghhhh. LOL

  • Nevermind the second part, it's not a C natural it's a C# as per the key signature.
