I got my contact Lens and they hurt me not borther i mean hurt my eye lids go close together because it hurts getting them in hard getting them out easy any advice about putting them on???

I just got mine. No problem going in, big problems coming out. Wish I could blink them out. No way. I have to do it the pinch method too Total pain, and causes some anxiety right now. Hope I get better at it.

For years I had to remove my hard lenses the same way you did, by manipulating my eye lids to make them pop out. I discovered that if while pulling my lids tight from the outside of my eye, if I looked toward the inner side of my eye they would pop out.

i never put my lenses in like that, i just put it on the end of my finger, and put it on the eyeball...i could never be bothered with all that holding the eye lid at top and bottom!
