@Tewodros, you are completly correct about the job have to be done by Ethiopians, but let me tell you some thing, if I don't mistaken recently the Ethiopian Engineer Tried to pave a road with out inculeding any forigners unfortunatly their job was usless wast of time they re-paved it by the chinees Engineer which is shame.That means we can't do most of our job with out inculding forigners.
