  • @jenp27 Where did you hear that ..then all animals and humands would be dead by now:)))) I juice seeds and eat them so do my children..no prbs for us:)

  • What perfect timing I found this recipe on you tube, I just sprouted Quinoa which looks red and didn't know what to do with it. Lovely recipe. Instead of salt i would add celery and omit namashoyu. Thanks a lot.

  • Can I ask where you got the information about table salt cyrstallizing in the joints? I've never heard that before.

  • @joannegero @jenp27 Apple seeds contain small amounts of anygdalin, which becomes hydrogen cyanide when digested. However, the amounts are so small that they are very unlikely to harm humans. Hope this helps. :)

  • thats it! im eating all the edible mushrooms. who says hydrazines are really toxic? -_- .. also.. my quinoa smells like sour milk.
