Lorne Elliot is a true Canadian treasure, I remember when CBC radio carried his "Madly Off In All Directions" show on the Thursday afternoon programme, I faithfully tuned in every Thursday at 2:30 to listen to him and he never disappointed me wit his monologues! More than once he had me laughing so hard I was literally in tears
