Why does it have to be a god damn conspiracy? Who knows there is a small chance they could be speaking the truth isn't there? Any way, I personally think that cold fusion hasn't enough energy gain, and you should just invest all those brains into high energy nuclear fusion.

it can't be surpressed forever. I think its great news the pentagon say its real. Oil used to be cheap, so ppl didn't really see the urgency looking for alternative fuels. Things have changed in the last year. Its only a matter of time.

You get the feeling (as usual) that good stuff like this, that has potential for giving our lives a break is hindered by those with status quo interests. You really wonder.

You also have to wonder about a whole bunch of other stuff you may have read about in Popular Science in the days when it cost 50 cents. It seems anything super innovative is perptually 'on the horizon'. Yet stuff that give governments control over people, like DNA profiling, seem ready on demand.

Bullshit really sucks.

In 1997 NORAD said, "Aircraft flying over our air space are monitored seven days a week, 24 hours a day."

In 2004 the Air Force said, "Before 2001, 1st Air Force was charged with keeping an eye on the nations borders, usually looking for threats in the form of Russian aircraft skirting too close for comfort to the mainland. In those few hours, the commands mission went from looking outward to looking inward."

See the 5 articles on NORAD at DNotice (org).
