Wow....This is amazing. I've made other cakes before and always wanted to make carrot cake but never got a chance to. I wrote down all the ingredients step by step and followed them. Came Out PERFECT!!!
Thank you so much for the detailed video and explanations, I made a cake and used the excess batter to make cupcakes. One thing to note is not to put too much batter in the pan or it will sink in when cooled :-)
