@malikaharper23 Good job on the weightloss!!! Exactly- a liquid diet will make you lose weight but as soon as you start eatting normally again you will gain the weight back! Best way to lose weight is to work out, and eat a healthy balanced diet.

I am a promoter for Visalus. Its kinda funny if this company is so bad why do we have an A- rating with the B.B.B. Why is it the fastest growing company in North America and still growing?
