@guyzsly Might have something to do with the fact that it was the B-Side for "Reprise" which was their worst-selling single. Don't get me wrong, I love everything by the Kinks, but it makes sense that this wasn't going to get very big, especially since it sounds so similar to ADAN.

It is true. You HAVE to go back to the early days of rock and the blues and learn the roots. These guys were working with nothing more then a 4 or 8 track tape machine, a few mics’ and used musical equipment. Yet you have clean riffs and lyrics. Like the Sonics “Have love will Travel” and a few other 60’s bands. And if you really listen, I think one could argue at least three bands sampled parts of this some. Try not yelling “My woman from Tokyo at 1: 43. Thanks for the post!
