Ok so what id recommend you'd do is
1. Remove your device from the devie manager (Where it shows the name of your headset shown in video)
2. Turn off your headset charge it a little more
3. Go back follow the steps on how to setup the Device
4. MAKE SURE YOU DISABLE ANY OTHER HEADSETS that you may have installed on your PS35
5. Make sure theres a blue light next to your device when its found and connected to your PS3
6. Go to chat setting or audio and fix the volume there
