Aired on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on VisionTV. -- Mahalia takes her first steps toward gospel music stardom, but must choose between her loyalty to best friend Alicia and her thirst for fame. Mahalias father, Pastor Clinton Brown, and Keystone Choir director Dee Dee Washington get into hot water with church elders when the choir delivers a provocative performance. To help her brother Malcolm secure a DJ gig, Mahalia reluctantly agrees to perform at the Babylon Fire nightclub with Alicia and their friend Samson, only to end up caught in the middle of a gang war. Music producer Jamil Foster makes a move on Mahalia.

  • @Smiileszz12 Does the show still air on television?

  • I love this show... and Keshia can def. sing.

I don't even know why you guys are talking about street life in the gta cause that's not even what Soul is about..smh.

  • I'm not saying christians aren't human...trust me I know that...I just think everything is too face paced on the show. it was only 6 episodes after all...they had to crunch it, and it shows.

  • terrible.. quit and get a normal job. Singing and acting isnt for everyone. The acting and the writing is horrendous

  • listen i dont think keshia has any influence on the writing because nor brampton nor t.o nor anywere in the gta are like this its just unrealistic so if she did it would be different ..................and the quir sucks they should have gathered better singers then that because ive been in way better quirs then that and ive never been in a competition as i was saying not realistic

  • I love this show! The writing, the actors, the music. This episode was fantastic and beautiful. It proves to be a promising series and I hope it survies this season and many more. :)

  • yeah this a terrible representation of not only what churches are like, but also an unrealistic journey of "street life"

I love keshia chante but this seems so forced...

  • keisha can sing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "i will not have the quir dance on national tv.." then a super singer star is born and then some shooting goes down in a club. OH WHAT DRAMA, WHAT SUSPENSE
