Hey my name's Sarah and I am16 too. I heard this piece at the Bob Jones Fest last November and the guy who played it placed 2nd. Now I'm learning this piece on my own because my classical teacher is not a Christian and is not interested in helping me with my sacred pieces. It was a great help to listen to you play it (since Duane Ream doesn't have a recording of this)...it will help me incorporate some of the details you've done to it into my own playing :)

Funny you should mention the festival because I was the one that got second place. After the competition, I had the opportunity to hear Duane Ream play it for me. He also showed me some tips and little things to fix. He said that most people play it too slowly and that the way I played it in the video is the way he intended it to be played . Anyway I hope that this video helps you to be able to play it.
