@TheSkilledOne5 Parkour isn't about expression, it's about getting somewhere fast. You are talking about free running (which is perfectly valid because there's freerunning in this video).

@EGRJ Not really. I "parkour" myself but that doesn't mean I have to go around scaling buildings, it's all about how you express yourself. This is what he likes to do.
