  • That was great. My right shoulder is kind of pulled out of shape and I look less broad on that side. The tension feels like it's being pulled round to the front. Is it ok to try this exercise with different directions, so not just an upwards pull and release? Hope that makes sense.

    I've never heard of Franklin Method before. Interesting...

  • I can't imagine :S my shoulder moving softly... I fail at imagining it relaxed... the muscles below my blades are tense as well :... U.u thanks a lot though, will keep on trying

    how often do you do this exercise? I really want to make my shoulder and neck tensions go away and I tried so many things but nothing really worked. I feel a little more relaxed after doing the exercises in the video
