  • This is the easiest thing I've ever made. And it's so GOOD!

  • @evilkevin232 One packet per 5 gal. You can leave a hydrometer in the carboy if you're careful to get a readout, but you should start around 1.036 and finish at .997

  • How many packets of the montrachet yeast did you use for 5 gallons?
