Yeah, it didn't really workout. I still eat cooked, i'm like 60% cooked, 40% raw. I drink 32 ounces of vegetable juice with every meal, 3 32 ounce servings a day. I also started sprouting. I sprout alfalfa and mung beans for now. I eat them raw and I also use them to make soup. I do intend on becoming 100% raw though. I'll do it in phases. Maybe I'll post some vids.

  • @EntitySeventySeven how is it going on the raw diet?

  • Wow, this is an old vid. Tim looks amazing years later. I just watched his newest video and he looks amazing. I'm going raw tomorrow.

  • @fjironsiii The point was: why add unwarranted stress to your digestion and metabolism? Exercise/recover has a point: increased endurance, strength, etc. Eat/recover has no point, it is the system working against itself, making sacrifices and compromises just to survive, using most of its energy, not on recovery, but rather on dealing with the stress of survival. I'm with Tim, I want to thrive, not just survive. I am vegan, 75% raw, loving it and aspiring to 100%. Mere survival is for cavemen.

  • how about 80% raw instead of 100?

  • So exercise & recover. Eat meat raw or cooked & recover. Exercise 2 times a week & eat meat 2 times a week. It is all about balance. The vitamins & minerals in raw vegetables can not be absorbed in the body with out good quality grass fed or wild caught animal fats. Look up Weston A. Price Foundation and discover.

  • Brilliant! Woot woot! Thank you for sharing.
