No, no. I was born in Osaka city, around the centre area of mainland Japan.

And Chihiro Onitsuka also has nothing to do with Okinawa. She was born in Miyazaki, southern part of Kyushu island and influenced mainly by American country music.

But I think Okinawa's traditional songs sound really soothing.
