  • This has been a GREAT video (or series of videos). Wish they hadn't been cut up so much, but I have gotten through them, and I have learned some good stuff. After two years (since chemo) of dealing with chemo-brain, I have noted some improvement lately, and I already have been doing some of the stuff in these videos (just for health, not knowing they could help my brain). So this is great guidence to help me continue onward. I am so glad this issue is finally being addressed!

  • Dr. Hardwicke, I know you are a supporter of supplements, but are you a supporter of organic and/or non-processed food?
