@MESoap1911 The recipe is on my website. The ingredients were: Banana-tree-stem One pounds or so center core; Grated coconut - 1/4 of a coconut,
Garlic cloves - 6, Chili powder - 1/4 tsp, Curry leaves or 1.5 teaspoons curry,Salt - to taste, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon.

Though the 'dessert banana' familiar to those in the US are threatened by disease, but I thought I'd read that there are a multitude of other edible varieties (sorry I don't remember which publication of the details). Any idea about this? Thanks for the great videos.
