It's ok if you are that high level and suck, but when you are high level, and just bouncing, it DAMN annoying!

People say the mag rail and ripper take skill to use effectively. The truth is, they don't. I learned to use both these weapons very well in just a day or two and they are WAY overpowered. Weapons like the Titan and vaporizer take TRUE skill to use, but are sadly extinct in higher level combat.
