The 9th and Final Wave of the 16.4 Billion Year Mayan Calendar (the Evolution of Consciousness) began on March 9th of this year and ends October 28, 2011. The JPL keeps changing based on new data released by NASA...that would indicate we are dealing with a larger, more unpredictable object.

@findingj0y It could. But according to NASA and 'Leonid Elenin' (which people keep referring to), they say they expected to update the data as it got closer.
