  • @sorobji Agreed - Unhuman - listen at 2:41. I teach his technic. It took me 40 years of hard work to figure it out and teach it to my students. The lower arm can never be used. That's why he is always straight. It takes the strain off the Coraco Brachialis and keeps the Bicep Brachii from engaging at the shoulder. Notice the upward moton of the wrist "just" before he moves his upper arm. He could do it, but he could NOT understand it.
