  • To all the fags commenting here, Burish is an average fighter, but he's a flashy one. This fight is lame, but watch some of his other scraps. They're what hockey fights should be. Fast and furious punching.

None of the lumbering Brashear/Probert crap.

  • Burish fights like any american hockey player should

  • Why does every Hawks fan you see on here think Burish is a great fighter. I don't get it. He is terrible.

  • BURRISH GOT HIS ASS WHOOPED

  • WHL is the best junior league by far. Burish sucks.

  • holy fuck win, i lawled so damn hard to this pwnage

  • holy shit dude...if that isn't ownage over achope i don't know what is....kudos sir

  • Or if you want to argue fighters, all the best ones I can think of developed in major juniors:

    Laraque (QMJHL)

    Boogaard (WHL)

    Godard (WHL)

    Brashear (QMJHL)

What enforcers do you know that developed in USHL?

  • There's an easy way to resolve this. A quick glance at the top 30 points leaders reveals the following:

17 developed in a major juniors system

    4 developed in collegiate hockey

    9 developed in europe

Of the above 17, 4 developed in the WHL (Iginla, Getzlaf, Marleau, Hossa)

Of the 4 collegiate players, none developed in the USHL, correct me if I'm wrong (Parise, Cammalleri, St. Louis, Heatley). Where do you get your stats that USHL produces more pro players than WHL?

  • The WHL? Ushl produces twice as many college players at the D1 level and more pros. I know they both played College hockey if you want to call Michigan State College hockey. CCHA sucks and any one of those teams would be down with Mich Tech at the bottom of the barrel in the WCHA. They might have a few years in the middle of the pack at best but Adam Burish gets paid and he has a National Championship ring..... Does HAll?
